We are proud to announce that we are winners of the Highways England Awards 2020 awards, alongside HW Martin, Galliford Try & Sunstone in the category of Customer Focused Network Management. The winners reflect the very best in the sector and demonstrate the highest standards for the industry.
The Highways England Awards recognise people in the supply chain who have achieved outstanding results in the safety, customer experience and delivery of the road network.
The project we were involved centred on improving customer journeys with smart technologies. The judges commented – “the winner put customer needs central to the project, including recognising that diversionary routes are as important to drivers as the roadworks themselves, all demonstrated through road user audits and with learnings shared with other projects.”
We are delighted to win this award alongside our partners HW Martin, Galliford Try & Sunstone.
