Viva’s Customer Success and Delivery Team are at the forefront of post-sales customer support and, as such, build important relationships with key customer contacts.
Due to the nature of the Viva products it is not uncommon for Customer Success Managers to be deeply involved in pre-sales discussions too, this not only helps to ensure that customers obtain maximum benefit and value from their purchases, but also helps build those all-important relationships from an early stage.
At Viva, Customer Success Managers perform a hybrid function with a large proportion of their time spent in a Project Management role as they oversee their customer’s Viva deployments from order right the way through to installation and data validation. Delivery Engineers ( who are also members of the team ) provide vital input into Sensor positioning, ensure that the Sensors are correctly set up and validate the accuracy of the data before the deployment is handed over to the customer.
It is also important to note that Customer Success Managers play a vital role in project managing projects which may not involve the deployment of Viva Sensors but do involve analysing data from external sources.
The team currently comprises a Team Lead, 2 Customer Success Managers and a Delivery Sub Team with Team Lead and 1 Delivery Engineer – and we are delighted to introduce the newest member of our team, Lucie Palkoskova.
Lucie joined Viva on March 3rd 2020 and has extensive Project Management and data analysis experience…..welcome Lucie!
Lucie says – “My name is Lucie. I moved to London 6 years ago and originally come from Czech Republic. I previously worked as a Project Manager for a software startup focusing on customer facing software implementation for the hospitality industry, including an international roll out. I am very excited to join Viva as a Customer Success & Project Manager. I will be supporting our clients from the very beginning of their journey with us and during delivery of all projects to ensure they benefit fully from all of our product capabilities.
In my spare time I like to do crafts, particularly pastel drawings, and plan where to travel next to discover new cultures and places.”
